With effect from 13 July 2026, the renewal application deadline for CSRO’s licences has been extended to 1 day before expiry of licence. Licensees can submit a licence renewal application no less than one day before the expiry of the current licence.

With effect from 13 July 2026, the renewal application deadline for CSRO’s licences has been extended to 1 day before expiry of licence. Licensees can submit a licence renewal application no less than one day before the expiry of the current licence.

With effect from 16 March 2026, Licensees must comply with the updated licence conditions, and are required to hold active Cyber Trust Mark ("CTM") Promoter (Tier 3) or equivalent certification. A grace period until 31 December 2026 will be given for licensees to obtain the required CTM certification.
