Annex
This document provides a list of commonly compounded criminal offences (i.e., concluded with a payment of a composition sum) which are not required to be declared to CSRO.
Please note that if the applicant/licensee or any officer of the business entity was convicted of any offence(s) that involves fraud, dishonesty or moral turpitude, it must be declared to CSRO with the relevant information and documents of the offence(s).
If in doubt, the applicant/licensee or officer(s) of the business entity should check with the relevant authorities that had handled the investigation for the offence(s) for clarifications.
